Americas Crippled Immune System

Why are our immune systems becoming more and more susceptible to disease? Is it something were lacking from our diet or something were adding to it that’s causing all the illness today in America? Apparently, it’s both.
Your immune system is your number one defense against sickness and that also includes Cancer. Fifty years ago one in twelve people would come down with Cancer in their lifetime. With all our modern research and funding to fight this horrible disease we have actually back-pedaled instead of reducing Cancer cases. Today one in two people will get cancer. How can this be?
We have sixty trillion cells in our bodies, that’s eight times the amount of stars in the Milky Way. These cells actually regenerate themselves every seven years. Even today, your body replicated millions of cells. Science has proven that these cells need ninety nutrients on a daily basis. If even one of these new cells had all the nutrients they need, they would be at the peak of their health. If you are on the standard American diet, you have come up way short of the ninety building blocks these cells demand for optimum health.
Some of this short fall is due to the modern practices of todays farmers. When pesticides were introduced to farmers fifty years ago, they were a huge hit. The farmer would simply spray his crop with the pesticide and the bugs that ate them would die. The problem is that the pesticide not only affected the plant it affected the topsoil. The topsoil should have an eco system in it. In one square foot of farming soil there are millions of microorganisms and bacteria. Guess what the pesticides did to these life forms? You guessed it, wiped them out. Back in the fifties we knew they were there, we just didn’t know what they did, now we know. They turned inorganic material into organic compounds. The plant would pull the minerals out of the organic compound and we’d get what we need mineral wise. If we don’t get the minerals we need, the body can’t use the vitamins it comes in contact with.
A 1997 test completed by UCLA was done on spinach grown in the Los Angeles area. The test concluded that it would take forty three bowls of spinach consumed today to equal the iron content of one bowl of spinach grown in 1953.
